Day 165

Weigh In: 221.8 (+0.2/-16.2)

I forgot to put the weigh in yesterday but was at 221.6. So today was a bit disappointing going back up. Although the last time this happened I went and lost almost 2 pounds in 1 day. So we'll see. There is no way I can be gaining weight. Gotta stay positive.

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
2 Clementines - 60 calories
Total = 350 calories

Morning was filled with meetings...10-12:30!

Snack - 12:30 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories

I did some Kinect Your Shape last night and man my legs hurt today. So out of shape!

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Chicken Club Panini - 360 calories

Snack 4:30 PM
Vanilla Pudding - 60 calories

Dinner - 7:15 PM
Lean Cuisine Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes - 250 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories

Snack - 8:45 PM
Animal Crackers - 120 calories

Total = 1540 calories
