Day 167 - 3 Weeks Down

Weigh In: 221.8 (-1.8/-16.2)

Wow 1.8 pounds lost in a day! Good way to complete 3 weeks.

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 clementines - 60 calories
Total = 300 calories

Had to take the cats to the Vet at 3. Both got checked out and got their first Leukemia vaccination. Cami's teeth are pretty bad so I have to give her some medicine over the next couple days. Then I need to bring her in to get her teeth cleaned and possibly taken out if they are too bad. First I need to bring both of them back in 3 weeks to get the 2nd leukemia vaccination. After that I can let Oscar out of solitary.

Lunch - 4:10 PM
Lean Cuisine Chicken Club Ranch Flatbread Melt - 360 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
We are celebrating my bro-in-laws birthday tonight. We are getting mexican. I checked out the menu and decided on the Grilled Chicken Torta Sandwich. I won't eat the fries and possibly will only eat half the sandwich. We'll see but won't know the exact calories for the day again.

The sandwich was pretty good. I did eat the whole thing but didn't have any of the ice cream cake or bread pudding. :-)

Snack - 9:00 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total calories for the day 1105 + sandwich
