So today was rough. It was my first day back to work and having not been getting up before 9 for the past almost 2 weeks it made it difficult to wake up. I did weigh in at 236 though which was nice. I have a feeling i'm gonna drop a lot pretty quickly and then have a hard time with the rest. I should have plenty of time though. If things get harder I can always workout more.
Breakfast - 9:30 AM

Total = 370 calories
Blood Pressure = 123/83 Wahooo!
Felt very hungry before eating my snack around lunchtime. Diet must be really kicking in now.

Yoplait Light Apple Turnovr Yogurt - 100 calories
Pear Dried Fruit Chips - 39 calories
Caffeine Free Diet Coke
Total = 139 calories
Started to feel pretty sick. Headache and my body hurting. It's starting to rebel against me. Hopefully feel better after lunch.

Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle Soup - 180 calories
Carrots - 30?
Total = 210 calories
Not sure what is going on but i'm getting chills and my head is a bit warmer than normal. Possibly coming down with something.
Snack - 4:25 PM
Natural Animal Crackers - 120 calories
No workout tonight since i'm not feeling good. Did get my Mega Millions tickets though so i'm hoping for a big win tonight. I honestly know I won't win but gotta try. Random numbers ftw! Picked up some light salad dressing also cause I couldn't take the plain lettuce. It was only 45 calories per serving which was the least I could find.
Dinner - 7:00 PM
Healthy Choice Sesame Chicken Meal - 330 calories
The healthy choice meal was not very good. I ate it though and hopefully will be full.

Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Bar - 60 calories
This was actually pretty tasty :-)
Total calories for the day came in around 1229
