Just got my performance review for 2010 and very happy!

Red Robin Simply Grilled Chicken Sandwich - 413 calories

Total = 474

Steve had a coupon for Red Robin for his birthday so we went there for lunch. Tried to find the thing with the least amount of calories and the grilled chicken sandwich won. It was no burger or crispy chicken sandwich but it was pretty good.
