Day 182

Weighed in at 231.2 (-.4/-6.8)

So today is my first "day off" but I still feel like I need to watch what I eat.

Breakfast is at Panera - 10:30 AM
Looks like i'm going to go with the Breakfast Power Sandwich which comes in at 330 calories.
I think i'm gonna splurge and get a soda
It's amazing how bad the food is when you look closely

Sandwich did not taste very good considering all the other food i've been eating but I guess that kinda makes a point. Mother said we were having meatballs for dinner so it'll be tough to know the calorie count on those but i'll be good and only have 2 and a small amount of pasta.

Other food throughout the day
Banana - 75 calories - 1:00 PM
2 Clementines - 70 calories - 4:15 PM
Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar - 90 calories - 4:20 PM
Total = 235 calories

Dinner - 6:00 PM
4 Meatballs
A cup of cooked pasta w/ sauce
A slice of gluten free apple bread

I have no idea how many calories was in dinner but there is no way it put me over what i've been eating on my diet days.

We'll see how the weight looks tomorrow.
