Sadly another day of not losing weight. For some reason I just had a feeling I wasn't going to lose weight today. Tonight is Steve's birthday party at Amedeos and I think i'm going to get a Mozzarella sandwich which I feel would be the most healthy out of the options I saw.

Breakfast - 10:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Activia Blueberry Yogurt - 70 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 150 calories
Total = 360 calories

Snack - 1:00 PM
Banana - 75 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 120 calories
Total = 275 calories

Lunch - 3:00 PM
Lean Cuisine Baja Style Quesadilla - 280 calories

Dinner - 6:30 PM
Amedeos Mozzarella, Tomato, Roasted Peppers & Basil Sandwich - ?

My stomach was super messed up from about noon till late in the evening. No idea why but even tums didn't help. Luckily the feeling passed after dinner.

Snack - ?
Fruit Salad - Kiwi / Melon - ?

Well I ate my whole sandwich at dinner when I knew I should have only eaten half of it. Oh well...gotta splurge sometimes. At least it was probably the healthiest thing on the menu. It was a good dinner and birthday party.

No idea what the total calories were for the day :-)
