Wow I was thinking last night that i'm 3 weeks down and when Oscar can come out of the room it'll be Week 7. Seems like such a long way away and yet I know it'll go pretty quick.
This morning I couldn't believe that it's only been 3 weeks on the diet. I feel like the month of January has been going so slow. Maybe because of the cold weather and the snow?

I forgot to bring a lunch so had to go to the cafeteria. Got the medium sized cup of Turkey Chili. I did put some cheese on it but probably wasn't bad for me.

Snack - 2:30 PM
Apple - 80 calories
Yoplait Boston Cream Pie Yogurt - 110 calories
Bread - 90 calories
Total = 280 calories
Went for a walk with Steve around the buildings. At this point feel like doing a workout with my machine at home tonight but we'll see once i'm home.
Snack - 4:30 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories
Dinner - 6:45 PM
Healthy Choice Chicken Margherita Steamer - 330 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Holy cow there were whole cloves of garlic in the dinner. I couldn't take them so I ate around them.
Kicked some butt in Rock Band tonight

Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
Total calories = ~1690
