As with all days after I go to the gym I always seem to weigh a bit more. Oh well...still under 220 and i'm sure it'll come off soon enough. It was nice getting to sleep in till 10 too. Although it's a shame I have to work today.

Went grocery shopping and luckily there weren't too many people at the place. In and out! Filled the freezer again.
