Day 180

Well going to the gym yesterday doesn't look like it had any immediate effects. Only lost .2 pounds today. I seem to be having an emotional day as a quick glance at a picture on my fridge brought back lots of feelings.

Weighed in at 230.2 (-.2/-7.8)

Breakfast - 9:30 PM
Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal - 160 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Total = 310 calories

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - 100 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Yoplait Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt - 110 calories
Apple - 90 calories
Total = 375 calories

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken - 330 calories

Snack - 4:30 PM
Vanilla Pudding - 60 calories

Went and picked up a stray cat at Dutchess Stadium. It put up a good fight but with some help from Zolz got it in the cat carrier. It's Black with a bit of white on it's face and white paws. We think it's declawed. So far it's been hiding a bit under the bed but ate a good amount when i first put it in the extra room. Have to bring it to the vet soon.

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Lean Cuisine Margherita Pizza - 300 calories
Whole Kernel Corn - 120 calories
Total = 420 calories

Pizza was good but had some onions on it which I didn't particularly like. Corn just like last night was fantastic.

Snack - 8:30 PM
Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Bar - 60 calories

1555 calories for the day
