Day 183

Slept for almost 12 hours and it felt fantastic. I feel amazing this morning and having been laughing so hard at American Dad. Hopefully it sticks with me all day.

Weighed in at 231.6 (-.8/-6.4)

Breakfast - 11:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Hit up BJ's to look at TV's and pick up some bananas and yogurts for next week.

Snack - 2:00 PM
20 Grapes - 68 calories
Yoplait Blueberry Yogurt - 170 calories
2 Slices of Bread w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - 100 calories
Total = 338 calories

Lunch - 3:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta - 230 calories

My lunch fell in the garbage but luckily I saved almost all of it. Haha...too funny.

Heading to Steph's birthday party so I need to bring the rest of my food for the day with me.

Snack - 5:00 PM
Animal Crackers - 120 calories

Dinner - PM
Smart Ones Slow Roasted Turkey Breast w/ Mashed Potatoes - 200 calories
Apple - 90 calories
Salad w/ Dressing = 110 calories

Snack - PM
Vanilla Pudding - 60 calories

Stuck to the diet and didn't eat any of the delicious looking food that was available. Had a really good time with some really interesting conversations.

Total calories for the day = 1513 calories
