Went up to bed earlier than normal last night and fell asleep earlier which was good but still woke up tired. Guess it's just my body doesn't like getting up this early no matter what time I go to bed.
Weighed in at 333.8
Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Apple - 95 calories
Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal - 130 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150
Total = 375
Stomach still not feeling great. The dinner meal I ate last night was a couple month past "best" so it could have been that.
Danielle had to run an errand up in Poughkeepsie so she wanted to get Sushi for lunch. It's my first outside meal and I need to make sure I keep myself in check. Normally I eat my morning snack at lunchtime but i'll save it for later in the day. Should be plenty to keep me satisfied.
Lunch - 12:30 PM

I'm guessing this was probably in the 750 calorie range so going with that.
The salad tasted amazing...I don't know why there was just something so magnificent about it. The sushi was pretty good also but i'm glad I only got 1 roll.
Snack - 3:00 PM
Yoplait French Vanilla Yogurt - 170 calories
Banana - 72 calories
Total = 242 calories
Snack - 4:50 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories
Feeling so lazy and sleepy!
Dinner - 6:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Roasted Vegetable Pizza - 320 calories
No snack for the night because I felt like I had eaten enough for the day. I'm super hungry before bed but i'm sure i'll be fine.
Total calories for the day - 1817
Ugh seeing this amount of calories makes me not want to eat but i'm pretty sure lunch was most likely not 750 calories so I shouldn't feel too bad.
