So like I thought I woke up not super hungry like I was before bed. Snow is lightly falling outside and I get to sit around in my PJ's all day while I work. Should be a good friday.
Weighed in at 232.4 which means i'm down over 5.5 pounds in 5 days. I'm sure i'll be keeping up this movement for a while since i'm so heavy. It'll be the under 200 that will be the hardest.

As you can tell not much going on today in terms of life/food. Been working from home because of the snow so haven't really left the couch. It's been a nice enjoyable workday and i'm so excited tomorrow is the weekend.
Shoveled the sidewalk and some other stuff for 30 minutes. Must have burned some calories. :-)

I enjoy watching American Dad and laying snuggled on the couch soooo much.
