Day 181 - 1 Week Down

Like the title states it's been 1 week of dieting. Stat for the week comes in at 7.6 pounds lost. It actually was not very difficult at all. The party on Saturday was probably the hardest since there was so much good looking food but I made it through without any issues.

Weighed in at 230.4 (-.8/-7.6)

Breakfast - 9:15 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
2 clementines - 70 calories
Total = 380 calories

Blood Pressure - 129/81 w/ Pulse 85
Nice to see the blood pressure down but my pulse seems high compared to what it used to be.

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - 100 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Yoplait Cherry Yogurt - 170 calories
Total = 345 calories

Lunch - 3:15 PM
Lean Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Fish - 330 calories

I thought this meal was gonna be terrible but it actually turned out to be really good. I would get it again if I saw it in the store. I have a ton of energy today also.

Snack - 5:00 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories

So finally went back to the gym thanks to Amy. It wasn't actually too bad. I think it helped that they expanded the place. Treadmill said I burned about 650 calories which I highly doubt is true but impressive. Very thirsty since I didn't bring water with me.

Dinner - 7:40 PM
Smart Ones Salisbury Steak - 280 calories
Whole Kernel Corn - 120 calories
Frozen Mango Chunks - 180 calories
Total = 580 calories

Wow the corn was so good. I ate a bit more because of the calories burned at the gym.

Total for the day - 1765 calories
Workout - -650 calories
