Well it had to happen sooner or later. My first day where my weight on the scale actually went up. I know these days are going to happen but it's always such a mood killer. I know things will change tomorrow and it's really the long term but still....stupid scale! :-)

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt - 70
Total = 305 calories

Snack - 12:15 PM
Dried Apples - 38 calories
Yoplait Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt - 110 calories
2 Slices of Bread w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - 100 calories
Total = 248 calories

Lunch - 2:45 PM
Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken - 330 calories

Blood Pressure - 111/70

Snack - 4:45 PM
Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter Bad - 90 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Corn - 100 calories
Lean Cuisine BBQ Chicken Pizza - 340 calories
Total = 440 calories

My new TV comes tomorrow...i'm super stoked!

Snack - 8:30 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total for the day was 1488 calories

Lets hope the weight goes down tomorrow
