Notes: This was my first time trying this workout and I liked the switchup between routines throughout it. I wanted to do something different today and this worked perfectly.


I brought Oscar to Mid-Hudson Animal Aid this morning. It was so cute to see all the kitties and I hope he finds a new loving home quickly.
