I hit my initial target weight I was going for...180. It was an exciting day. Still have some fat to lose around my mid section and some toning to do so gonna keep on dieting and exercising till I get where I want to be.

Notes: I didn't shoot very good today but I hit the ball so much better. Made a big revelation on the range right before teeing off. I need to keep my left arm straight on the backswing. Helped immensely with control. Hoping for better things as I get more used to my body changes.
