Day 27 - 23 Weeks Down

Week 21 - 179.8 to 183.2 (+3.4) - Haha...look what 2 days of not following a diet can do. I've actually gained almost 6 pounds from Thursday but I certainly don't feel any heavier so we'll see how long it takes to lose it all again.

Skipped P90X again today. I just have not felt like doing it. I think I'm just going to redo this week of workout next week since I've pretty much skipped the whole thing anyway.
