Banana - 80 calories
Total = 445 calories
P90X - Plyometrics
Definitely the hardest work out of the bunch. I feel really dizzy a lot of the time and thus have to take pretty frequent breaks.
Snack - 2:00 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 140 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Gortons Tilapia Fillets - 160 calories
Total = 380 calories
Wow I feel really weak today.
Lunch - 4:10 PM
Lean Cuisine Chicken Club Panini - 360 calories
Dinner - 6:30 PM
2 Slices of Pizza - 600 calories
Pizza was good and just what I needed
Snack - 8:20 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
