Day 82

Weigh In: 193.4 (-2.8/-44.6)

Now that's the weight i'm talking about! It's amazing how eating bad can effect your weight in such a negative way. Really looking forward to eating right this week.

Had to get to work early this morning and since today is Yoga day i'll have to do it after work.

Breakfast - 9:15 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
V8 Fusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice - 100 calories
Total = 470 calories

Blood Pressure - 131 / 77
10:16 - 124/74

Snack - 12:20 PM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Cherry Fruit Cup - 75 calories
Total = 325 calories

Lunch - 2:40 PM
Eating Right Chicken with Peanut Sauce - 280 calories

Tried something different for lunch. My initial impressions weren't so great but as I continued eating it definitely got better. Might try this again some day.

Snack - 4:20 PM
Fiber One Brownie - 90 calories

P90X - Yoga X
I can definitely tell i'm getting stronger. There are still some of the more advanced moves that I have a hard time with but i'll get there.

Dinner - 6:45 PM
20 Shrimp w/ Cocktail sauce - 160 calories
Quaker Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal - 130 calories

Snack - 8:20 PM
Vanilla Skinny Cow - 140 calories

Super sleepy again tonight

Total for the day - 1595 calories
