This was really tough to do first thing in the morning. It was why I originally started on the day I had so I could do Yoga on Sundays. Anyway got it done and definitely getting stronger. A bit late to work though because it's so long.
Today is my first day not taking my blood pressure medication. Need to see how it is a few times today.

Jogged across the Walkway twice again with Amy.
