I saw that weight gain coming from a mile away. This is always the way it is though. The weekends are worse than mid week. Oh well...gotta stop worrying about the weight number so much. :-)
I think I had one of the best nights sleeps I've had in a long time last night.
Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
V8 Fusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice - 100 calories
Total = 470 calories
P90X - Back & Biceps, Ab Ripper
So towards the end of the Back & Biceps routine I could barely moved my left arm. It's definitely weaker than my right arm. Ab Ripper was really rough today also.
Snack - 1:20 PM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Jamba Pineapple Fruit with a Boost - 120 calories
Total = 370
Took a nice nap...felt like i could have slept the rest of the day away
Dinner - 4:15 PM
Homemade Coleslaw
Tilapia Fillets
Snacks
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Vaniall Skinny Cow - 140 calories
Whole Fruit Apple-Strawberry Pop - 60 calories
My legs are feeling really sore tonight. Might be good I didn't go for a run today.
