Day 83 - 15 Weeks Down

Weigh In: 196.2 (-1.6/-41.8)

Week 14 - 196.2 (+1.0) - Ouch...my first week gaining weight. I can't wait to see the pictures after wednesday night and compare them to the month before. We'll see if i've been gaining muscle.

Woke up not feeling very good. Could have been all the cold water in my shoes yesterday. I took some nyquil last night but might need to keep taking it.

Breakfast - 9:15 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 370 calories

I was not feeling very good but got up the energy to do this. It was pretty good. :-)

Lean Cuisine Chicken Ranch Club Flatbread Melt - 370 calories

Did a bit more than once across not sure how far. Was worried it was going to rain so didn't bring my phone.
