Woohoo...broke 193 and at the same time have now lost over 45 pounds!

P90X - Chest Shoulders & Triceps
1 Arm Pushups...haha...yeah right. This one is gonna take some time but I could see how it is more difficult that Shoulder & Arms.

Wearing my Vibram Five Fingers for the first time today. Gotta break them in. Definitely gonna take some getting used to as my pinky toe is spread out farther than normal but they feel pretty good.
