Tough again but had the heart rate monitor again this time. Avg - 131 / High - 173. Says I burned 1275 calories. It took me about 90 minutes to do a 58 minute workout. That's getting better.

Cookie Dough Balance Bar - 210 calories
Even though I broke 195 today I still feel like I have a ton of fat on me. I really hope as I continue that the fat goes away and my skin tightens up.

Walkway - We jogged the entire walkway twice! I think overall it was just over 5 miles.
