Went to the doctor this morning cause i've been getting dizzy when making fast movements from sitting to standing. Everything looked good so gonna start taking half of my blood pressure medication to see if that helps and still keeps my blood pressure down. I have another appointment next month.

Tilapia Sanwich & Pasta Salad
I forgot to bring my normal snack for lunch so had to get something at the caf. Wanted to get the Mushroom Goat Cheese sandwich but they didn't get mushrooms in today. Sandwich was ok but a little spicy. Pasta salad was blah.
