Day 97 - 13 Weeks Down

Hmmm...had a rough night sleeping. Woke up feeling not at all like I slept through the night even though I did.

Weigh In: 196.4 (-0.8 /-41.6)

Week 12 - 196.4 (-2.6) - That was an impressive loss for the week after the slow loss last week. I mean it's not my lowest weight for the week but that usually comes on wed/thurs. Anyway...feeling good.

P90X - Legs & Back
I did much better with the leg exercises this week. Last week I could barely do any of the wall squats but this week I made it through most of them.

The muscle near my right shoulder blade has been really sore as of late. I tried putting some cream on it this morning so we'll see if that helps at all. Might need to pick up some icy hot. It's gonna be rough at the gym if it is still hurting later.

Breakfast - 9:10 AM
Quaker Bananas & Cream Oatmeal - 130 calories
Cherry Fruit Cup - 75 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Total = 435 calories

Blood Pressure - 109/67

I made an appt with my doctor for tomorrow to see if I can start moving off my blood pressure medication. I've been getting dizzy while getting off the couch and moving up and down while exercising so I think since i've lost weight and started exercising every day it may be time to get off the medication.

Snack - 12:20 PM
Salad w/ Lime & Cilantro Dressing - 75 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 140 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 375 calories

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Smart Ones Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich - 240 calories
Mango Fruit Bar- 60 calories

Snack - 4:45 PM
Cascadian Farms Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bar - 140 calories

Gym - 1 Hour
Treadmill - 500 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
2 Slices of Pizza w/ Roasted Red Peppers - 600 calories?

P90X - Ab Ripper
This seemed harder than it has but I also just came from the gym and my legs are tired. I could definitely feel it in my abs though.

Snack - 8:30 PM
Quaker Strawberries & Cream Oatmeal - 130 calories

Total for the day - 1980 calories
