Day 90 - 14 Weeks Down

Weigh In: 195.2 (-0.2/-42.8)

Week 13 - 195.2 (-1.2) - Considering I was down to 194.2 earlier in the week a bit disappointed in this. I don't think I ate all that bad...maybe cause of all the working out? 1 week and 2 days before I get to take my after pictures for the first month of P90X.

P90X - Legs & Back
Definitely getting stronger in this routine. I actually made it through the wall exercises.

Breakfast - 8:50 AM
Quaker Banana Bread Oatmeal - 160 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
2 Clementines - 70 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 460 calories

Blood Pressure - 115/69
Looking good even on half tabs of BP medication. Really think I can stop taking it.

So thinking about doing the 5K Jail Break for Pitch for Kids...pitchforkids.org

Snack - 12:20 PM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Del Monte Cherry Mixed Fruit - 120 calories
Total = 370 calories

Blood Pressure - 113/69

Lunch - 2:40 PM
Lean Cuisine Southwest-Style Chicken Panini - 320 calories

Snack - 4:40 PM
Animal Crackers - 120 calories

Walkway Over The Hudson - Once across
There were so many people up there today. I guess that's to be expected on the first 80+ day.

P90X - Ab Ripper
I look forward to the day that I can get through this whole thing and keep up with them on TV.

Dinner - 7:00PM
Apple - 80 calories
Alaskan Cod - 450 calories?

Snack - 9:20 PM
Healthy Choice Fudge Bar - 100 calories

Total for the day - 1900 calories
