P90X - Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper
I tend to enjoy the shoulder and arm workout more than others...maybe cause it's easier? Ab ripper was tough today. Not sure if it was all the exercise yesterday.

So the first try at Palace Dumplings. Service was interesting and slow. Food came out at random times. It was pretty tasty and reasonably priced.
Moved some stone from behind a neighbors house that I will be using for my new front walkway.

My legs and butt are very sore today :-)

Vanilla skinny cow...so much better than chocolate
