I felt like I ate a lot of sodium yesterday so we'll see how tomorrows weight goes.

I was able to do 7 regular pushups! Last week I could only do 3 before having to go to my knees. Of course at the same time the rest of the workout seemed harder than last time.

I actually cooked my vegetables for dinner tonight. I know...it's crazy! They were delicious and so fresh tasting. And I know i've said it before but I LOVE fish.
