I like this weight on a weekend day. Of course since today is Easter I have a feeling i'll be eating more than I should and the weight will go up tomorrow.

Not keeping track of the calories today since I won't know how many calories are in dinner either.

Being in the warrior poses or crescent really was tough after having just run 5.5 miles before doing this. I was able to do the crane for a much longer period of time so that's exciting...no doubt by the last week i'll be able to do it for the whole time. The last 40 minutes or this are so much more enjoyable though and nice and relaxing.

Ate too much for dinner but, hey, it was Easter and the food was good. Also did a lot of exercise today so that should counteract some of it.
