Definitely getting a little bit easier but still hard to do all the moves. I feel at one point doing the Crane pose.

Total = 370 calories
Lunch - 3:40 PM
Gorton Italian Herb Grilled Fillets - 180 calories

Stephanos - Roll, Penne w/ Eggplant & Rigatoni Bolegnese
Dinner was absolutely delicious just like all the other times. I also had a few pieces of calamari. I probably ate a bit more than I should have but I have been pretty hungry lately.
Snack - 8:40 PM
Ice Cream Sandwich - 120 calories
Total for the day - 1240 calories + Dinner
