I broke 190! I can't believe it. I don't remember the last time I looked this good or weighed this much. The bad news though...I forgot to do my Ab Ripper yesterday.
Today i'm taking a half day. Got some errands to run in the afternoon and need to do Plyometrics.

Took the afternoon off from work. Just wanted some time to relax and do my Plyometrics. Picked up my packet for the 5K on Sunday.

I don't know if it's just cause I did it later in the afternoon or I had more food in me when I did it but I could definitely feel like I performed better than I have been. 1000 calories burned says my heart rate monitor.

Steve joined Amy and I for the walk today. I also wore my Five Finger shoes. Definitely walked slower today than normal. It was sprinkling a little bit. The shoes were not bad except for my big toes.
