Day 76 - 16 Weeks Down

Weigh In: 192.6 (+0.4/-45.4)

I'm pretty amazed I only gained .4 pounds from yesterday morning considering what I ate for dinner. Maybe the exercise really did counteract the meal. Also eating early was a good thing.

Week 15 - 192.6 (-3.6) - That makes up for gaining weight last week. Hopefully the rest of this week will be this good.

Really hungry this morning

Breakfast - 8:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
V8 Fusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice - 100 calories
Total = 470 calories

Snack - 11:23 AM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Total = 250 calories

P90X - Legs & Back
Again the lunges and squats are tough but made it through without too much pain.

Snack - 12:35 PM
Del Monte Cherry Mixed Fruit - 120 calories

Lunch - 2:00 PM
Smart Ones Breakfast Quesadilla - 230 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories

Snack - 4:18 PM
Healthy Choice Fudge Bar - 100 calories

Driving Range - Large Bucket
Only the second time i've hit balls this season and I figured I better get on it since I start my league on Wednesday

Whole Fruit Apple-Concord Grape Pop - 60 calories

With all the exercise I ate dinner way too late....oh well

Total calories for the day - 1740 calories
