This felt really good this morning even though I would have rather stayed in bed. I'm now completely through Week 3!

2 Taco Bell Chicken Soft Tacos - 360 calories
Adam & Jen had to go to the mall for lunch so figured it was a good time to check out the calories on some stuff from taco bell since I hadn't been there in so long. There is actually a good amount of stuff that doesn't have a ton of calories. Even the regular hard taco is only 170 calories.
Man those tacos tasted sooo good but burping them up :-)

Enjoyed the treadmill today. I could tell that my body is getting healthier as my heart rate doesn't go through the rough as I raise the elevation on the treadmill.

Not looking forward to getting up extra early for Yoga tomorrow morning.
