I was tired this morning and not feeling 100% so I decided to work from home. Slept in and gonna do my P90X at lunchtime.
Breakfast - 9:10 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 370 calories
P90X - Kenpo X
This was much easier today and definitely felt better doing it at lunchtime instead of first thing in the morning.
Snack - 1:10 PM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Del Monte Cherry Mixed Fruit - 120 calories
Total = 370
Lunch - 3:30 PM
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Caramel Nut Blast Balance Bar - 200 calories
Since I signed up for a 5K on May 1st I figure I should prepare. Gonna see how fast I can do a 5K at the gym tonight.
Gym - 5K
I kicked butt! Just under 29 minutes and 475 calories burned. Ran at 6.5 for the first 2 miles and wavered between 6.2 and 6.5 for the last 1.1 miles.
Dinner - 6:40 PM
Mom's Fish Stew
Apple - 80 calories
Snack - 8:30 PM
Skinny Cow Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich - 140 calories
Total calories for the day = 1240 + Fish Stew
