Day 91

3 months till the wedding!

Weigh In: 195.4 (+1.2/-42.6)

Feeling good this morning even though I gained some weight from yesterday. I actually thought that would happen since I had the pickle and some other sodium laden things yesterday. Bet tomorrow will look good.

Breakfast - 10:20 AM
Panera BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad - 500 calories

P90X - Yoga
The last 3rd of this workout I enjoy so much more but that's because they are the static poses and not as hard. I think the first part is tough because you just keep doing the same moves just adding new things on...gets kinda boring.

Snack - 2:30 PM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 330

Gave myself a hair cut. Was going to do the old style where the top is long and it blends down to shorter but accidentally chose the wrong starting length. Oh well short is good. :-)

Snack - 3:50 PM
Caramel Nut Blast Balance Bar - 200 calories

Dinner - 6:10 PM
Bowl of Mom's Fish Stew
Squash & Tomatoes

I wonder how many calories were in dinner. I don't think there was that much.

Snack - 8:00 PM
2 Whole Fruit Apple-Concord Grape Pops - 120 calories

Total calories for the day - 1150 + Dinner
