I was bad and slept in instead of getting up to do the P90X - Stretch workout. I'll have to do it tonight. Also weighed myself before bed last night and was 201...crazy to lose over 5 pounds while sleeping.
Today is my first day at half my original blood pressure medication. I will have to see if I feel any different.

It was sorta windy and started drizzling while we were walking but it wasn't bad and nicer than being in the hot gym.
I'm actually not going to do the P90X Stretch...it says either Stretch or Rest and today I think I choose rest.
