Weigh In: 194 (+0.4/-44.0)

A slight bump up in weight from yesterday but also had some stuff later than normal last night.

P90X - Core Synergistics
This one needs a lot of room to do. I felt like I couldn't do everything properly because of space constraints. Need to work on that for next time. Overall not bad but some tough moves.

Breakfast - 9:15 AM
Quaker Peaches & Cream Oatmeal - 130 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 360 calories

Peaches & Cream oatmeal not all that good. The smell is a little funky...I think that throws it off.

Blood Pressure - 127/75

Five Guys Mini Burger - 504 calories

Burger was overcooked but still tasted delicious.

Snack - 2:50 PM
Cookie Dough Balance Bar- 210 calories

Feeling pretty hungry right now. Guess the hamburger didn't really give me that real full feeling.

Snack - 4:25 PM
Mixed Cherry Fruit Cup - 70 calories

Snack - 6:50 PM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories

Dinner - 8:15 PM
3 Slices of Giacomos Pizza

Snack - 11:00 PM
Chocolate Skinny Cow - 140 calories

Total calories for the day - 1424 + dinner
