This meal was pretty good. The rice was a little bland but still tasty. I think i'm going to eat more during the day and less at night. I'm not usually all that hungry at night anyway and I need more sustenance during the day.

So I took my first month P90X pictures. Here are the results.


I mean not a huge difference but pretty impressive none the less. Especially the amount of muscle on my arms and back. Can't wait to see after 90 days.
