It's amazing how not eating properly can so easily effect your weight. Today should be somewhat back to normal compared to the last 2 days.
Yesterday was the first day since I started P90X that I skipped a workout - Kenpo X. Back on track today!

Coffee Shop Egg, Ham & Cheddar Cheese on a Bagel
Snack - 1:50 PM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 160 calories
Fiber One Brownie - 90 calories
Total = 340 calories
Hiked at Sams Point Preserve. The Ice Caves were closed :-( Walked to the Waterfall though which was raging! Lots of water on the way there though.
Snack - 5:40 PM
Cookie Dough Balance Bar- 210 calories
Dinner - 7:20 PM
Gortons Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets - 180 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Del Monte Mixed Berries - 160 calories
Total = 420 calories
Snack - 8:40 PM
Healthy Choice Fudge Bar - 100 calories
All in all a very good day :-)
Total for the day - 1070 + breakfast
