I saw that coming after everything I ate for dinner but still not too bad.
Week 16 - 189.6 to 187.8 (-1.8) - Even with the bad night of eating still managed a pretty good weight loss for the week. Although on Saturday it would have been over 3 pounds. :-)
P90X - Legs & Back
This was the first time using the bands for pullups / chinups and they made a huge difference. I could tell I was isolating the right muscles and could feel myself hitting my wall at the right amount of times.
