I like that I stayed below 190 this whole weekend even though I ate more than I should have both Saturday and Sunday night. This week might turn out really good for weight loss.
Week 16 - 192.6 to 189.6 (-3.0) - Wow the past 2 weeks i've lost almost 3 pounds per week. I like those numbers. Still have so much more to go to get rid of all the flab.
P90X - Legs & Back
Felt pretty tired today after yesterday's exercise. I made it through doing as much as I could. The wall sits are getting easier but the one legged ones are still tough.
