Would have liked a little bit of a drop in weight going into my Dr. appointment today but still not bad overall. Need to see how much i've lost since my last appointment last month.

So went to the Dr today and even though I had lost 46 pounds by their scale my blood pressure was still a little high. I have to go back Sept 1st so maybe I can work on it till then.

Had an interesting time tonight. Enjoyed playing and had some good shots and some really bad shots. Hit 2 balls into the water but also birdied a hole. Also we asked this attorney to join us who thought he was the best golfer since Tiger Woods, took forever to hit each shot, and played horribly. It was fun :-)
