I'm still getting a little better each time I do this routine. I hope to some day get through the whole thing like the people on the video.

I originally had this at like 700 calories but finally realized that I had chosen the wrong thing. I got the above totals after looking at the back of the packaging.

Score - 45 (9 over par)
Notes: I started out pretty good but then fell apart on holes 6 and 7. It was nice to play even though it was a bit warm


Dinner - 6:30 PM
Five Guys Little Hamburger - 493 calories / 26g Fat / 42g Carbs / 23g Protein
Atkins Chocolate Coconut Bar - 170 calories / 12g Fat / 19g Carbs / 5g Protein

Both parts of dinner were absolutely delicious. I forgot how much I enjoyed coconut.

Snack - 7:55 PM
Healthy Choice Fudge Bar - 100 calories / 1.5g Fat / 16g Carbs / 4g Protein

Totals for the day - 1972 calories / 76.5g Fat / 180g Carbs / 225g Protein

Calories are a bit low mainly because of the chicken breast incident in the afternoon. I would have eaten more but I thought I was actually high on my calorie intake.
