Only 1 pound to my first goal! I watched the movie Fat Head last night. It was pretty much made to refute the movie Super Size Me. The movie is based off the fact that low fat / high carbs is horrible way to lose weight. The guy ate fast food every day but kept it under 100 carbs and ended up losing 12.5 pounds in 28 days. I'm going to need to start keeping track of my food intake much better and see if I need to switch things around.

I think this is my favorite workout of the bunch. I like the biceps and the pullups/chinups. Skipping Ab Ripper today...just don't feel like doing it. haha

Put some ketchup on the burgers but overall felt really good about dinner. Delicious and filling :-)
