Considering I woke up at 4 AM which is completely off my normal schedule the weight gain is nothing I'm worried about. Need to be good today though since it's going to be a strange day in terms of eating.
No P90X today since I will be gone all day. I actually did my workout early since I knew I wouldn't be available to do it today. It's gonna be a long day.

Ate at Ragazzi Italian Kitchen & Bar in Nesconset, NY. Was happy they had a heart healthy menu.
Well it's midnight and I just got home not long ago and i'm so sleepy. Was a long but fun day. :-)
