Day 66 - 50 Pounds Lost!

I did it! I hit 50 pounds lost...only 8 to go for my original goal

P90X - Chest, Shoulder & Triceps
I think I pulled something in my shoulder doing this workout this morning. I seem to really be prone to injury the last few weeks of working out. Not sure whats up with that.

Snack - 8:05 AM
Caramel Nut Blast Balance Bar - 200 calories

This is my first day eating right after my workout to see if it helps and to allow me to eat more in a day.

Breakfast - 9:40 AM
Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal - 160 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 390 calories

Snack - 12:20 PM
Fiber One Chocolate Bar - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 120 calories
Del Monte Tropical Medley - 120 calories
Fake Crab - 120 calories
Total = 450 calories

Lunch - 2:40 PM
Healthy Choice Asian Potstickers - 360 calories

This was pretty disgusting and i'm disappointed I spent calories on it. :-/ I had to try really hard to eat it all.

Snack - 4:40 PM
Cheez-its - 100 calories

Walkway Over The Hudson
Total Distance - 5.61 miles
Total Time - 1:11:15
Average Speed - 4.73 mi/hr

I flew across the walkway walking :-)

P90X - Ab Ripper

Dinner - 7:45 PM
Peanut Butter & Jelly - 300 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories

I ran out of jelly tonight! How am I supposed to stay on my PB&J kick?

Snack - 8:30 PM
Healthy Choice Fudge Bar - 100 calories

Total for the day - 1980 calories
