Day 48 - 20 Weeks Down

Weigh In - 182.2 (-0.6 / -55.8)

Week 19 - 185 to 182.2 (-2.8) - Another impressive weight loss week. Not a huge loss compared to mid-week but still nice not gaining weight over the weekend considering the plans I had. Still feeling like I'm not eating enough though.

P90X - Legs & Back
I made it through the wall squats and the sneaky lunges!

Feeling pretty lonely today. I think it's twofold dealing with some facebook stuff and dreams. Oh well i'll snap out of it.

I started out strong during the first few moves but then I could feel it and made it much tougher.

My first ever Greek yogurt and I must say it was delicious!

Snack - 8:00 PM
Weight Watchers Ice Cream Candy Bar - 150 calories

Total for the day - 2140 calories

Look I ate more calories today! Woot woot!
