Holy cow did this kill me today. I was dizzy, sweating like crazy and working as hard as I could. Luckily I survived. :-)

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories

Total = 390 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Double O Herb Crusted Salmon Salad - ?

This salad was delicious although I would have rather the salmon not have been fried. Still a delicious dinner...thanks Kristin!

Snack - 8:00 PM
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories

Chest is definitely sore from the chest & back workout yesterday...feels good

Total for the day - 1650 calories + Dinner
