Since I am working from home I decided to do P90X at lunch time.

Total = 370 calories

Snack - 11:00 AM
2 Slices Light Bread - 90 calories
2 String Cheese - 140 calories
Del Monte Cherry Mixed Fruit - 120 calories
Slim Fast Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake - 190 calories
Total = 540 calories

P90X - Core Synergistics
This was probably the most sweaty Ive been in a P90X workout in a long time. No idea why it was so tough.

Lunch - 2:45 PM
Gortons Tilapia Fillets - 160 calories
Homemade Coleslaw - 80 calories

Snack - 5:15 PM

Chicken, Mozzarella & Pesto Sandwich
Plain Baked Potato

Hung out with Samara. Ate a delicious dinner and watched Love & Other Drugs. It was a fun night.
